If you would like to get a jump start on the planning process, our Estate Planning Questionnaire was put together to help you focus on the issues of key importance to most of our clients. Since everyone’s situation will be different, feel free to skip the sections that do not apply. Don’t worry, we will be going into much greater detail when we meet, this questionnaire is just meant to get the process started.
Please print out and complete the questionnaire, returning it to us by fax, e-mail, or snail mail at least three days before our scheduled meeting, in order to give us time to review your answers, and plan for a more productive meeting.
